Head of Portfolio Management Office responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the Portfolio Management Office.
• Ensure effective delivery of project portfolios and change initiatives.
• Monitor and manage risks and issues associated with the portfolio.
• Deliver regular reports on portfolio status to the executive team.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
