We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our Asset Management team in Glasgow. This role combines property and facilities management, requiring someone confident in managing budgets, service charges, and client relationships.You’ll work autonomously, with the flexibility to shape the role and build strong relationships that support the company’s success.
About the Role- Oversee the management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, carry out reconciliations, and provide accurate, timely reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and quick response times.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and external partners, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Take ownership of your workload with the opportunity to develop the role further and explore ways to win new business.
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor performance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction, addressing any issues as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in property and facilities management, with strong knowledge of service charge and budget management.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good understanding of property legislation, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
An MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential—what’s most important is your experience and proactive approach.
