Job Overview:

We're looking for a driven Telesales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll make outbound calls, engage prospects, and book qualified appointments. If you're passionate about sales, love a challenge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ dials daily to connect with potential clients.
  • Hold 10 quality conversations per day to assess needs.
  • Book 1 qualified appointment per day with engaged prospects.
  • Maintain 2+ hours of talk time daily.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in a similar telesales role.
  • Strong phone sales skills with the ability to bypass gatekeepers.
  • Persistence and positively, even when facing rejection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
