Job Duties:
- Provide individualised and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Assess student's learning needs and develop personalised tutoring plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring techniques as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress
- Prepare and deliver engaging tutoring sessions that promote student learning and understanding
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor tutoring techniques to meet individual student needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area
Experience:
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching roles
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in the subject matter being taught
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The tutor will work in an educational setting, providing tutoring services to students. The working hours will be part-time, and the tutor may need to travel to different locations to conduct tutoring sessions.
