We are on the look out for an experienced Customer Service Executive ideally experience working within a regulated environment to join a prestigious Legal Business in Leeds on a permanent basis.
The role would be working in the conveyancing arm of the organisation helping customers and third parties this would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about client experience and if you are looking to further your career.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will be managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in their early stages ensuring cases are passed to the legal team as quick as possible with all the necessary information.
You will be chasing up various documentation required with the client and third parties handling a range of queries along the way over the phone and email providing the highest level of service and support.
The role will be working closely with estate agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders keeping updated of the progress and confirming details and information required.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience ideally within an regulated environment however the business could be open to sector
Exceptional customer service skills and passionate about delivering the best experience
Able to work in a busy environment and towards targets and deadlines which have been set
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
An excellent team player
