2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Southampton (Hybrid)
Due to continued growth, a leading IT Consultancy based in Southampton is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the team.

Key Skills required:
- Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role
- Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
- O365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive
- Azure AD
- Networking - good experience with firewall technologies, VPNs etc
- Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
It would be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate has experience with Hyper-V or VMware, and backup technologies such as Veeam.
The roles and responsibilities of the role include administering 1st & 2nd Line support requests, accurate call logging and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
