Site Supervisor - London

We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a Contractor in London on the Thames Water AMP8.

The package of works is worth £130M. You will be responsible for managing the onsite operations involved in the project. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of the Thames Water AMP frameworks and water mains replacements.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager. Whilst supporting the Site Manager, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the team on site are carrying out the works correctly and to the programme.

The ideal Site Supervisor must have:

• Experience with similar contractors in the industry
• Keeping sites organised in accordance with H&S requirements.
• Experience with composing, task briefs and supporting documents - as well as reviewing sub-contractor RAMS
• Manage plant and labour, to ensure efficient use and minimise waste.
• Liaise with the Site Manager to coordinate deliveries, inventory management, and logistics to support construction activities
• Conduct regular weekly plant inspections, identify hazards, deliver inductions, brief operatives daily regarding the daily tasks.
• Experience in Thames Water AMP frameworks
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and sub-contractors to ensure the programme is met with out delays.
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
