Caretaker
Shavington Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, trustworthy and effective Caretaker to join our hard working team.
As the Caretaker you will be one of the key elements that enables the smooth running of our school. You will support the end of day operations with cleaning and tidying responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Serve as a keyholder, ensuring school security is maintained
- Take pride in the school environment
- Cleaning of designated areas
The successful candidate will have:
- A positive and solution focused approach to work
- The ability to communicate well and work in a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- DIY and handy skills

Weeks: 39 (term time plus INSET days)
Salary: Grade 2. FTE salary: £23,658. Actual salary: £8,275
