We are currently looking for an Account Manager for our branch in Crewe.

For this Account Manager role, you will be responsible for:

• Looking after our long-standing contract in Haydock, while working alongside another contract in Warrington.
• This will involve working closely with Operations and other internal departments to proactively establish solutions to business or customer challenges
• Manage the strategic commercial relationship between the company and drivers
• Base 2-3 days a week out of our Client in Haydock
• Recruiting, interviewing and planning HGV Drivers into work
• Planning day to day and weekly drivers
• You will deliver all account management activities in line with the companies’ standards

For this Account Manager role, you will need:

• Previous Recruitment and Account Management experience – preferably 2+ years
• You will have a proven record of understanding company business and values, successful client management and high client satisfaction
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one
