You need at least:
3 standard grades level 3 or above / 3 national 5 qualifications including English and Maths or equivalent, relevant experience.
A commitment to learning and ambition to succeed.
A commitment to delivering quality customer service.
Confidence and team skills are vital.
These vacancies are restricted to applicants who have recently attended a South Lanarkshire Council School and/or live in the South Lanarkshire Area. You must either be 16 years of age by 1 November 2024 and must be no older than 19 years of age by 5 December 2024.Or if you are disabled or care experienced and aged between 20 to 29 years of age by 5 December 2024, you may be eligible to apply if you meet the rest of the criteria, as South Lanarkshire Council and Skills Development Scotland recognise that disabled people and those who are care experienced can face challenges on their career journey.
