- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of 30 warehouse staff
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Operate and manage forklifts
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with other departments
- Conduct team meetings and training
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Efficiently manage stock locations
- Conduct staff one-to-ones and performance reviews
- Handle investigations and disciplinaries
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics, with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Forklift operation experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Driving or forklift license preferred, with training available post-probation
