A leading regional contractor are seeking to employ on a long term freelance basis a Financial Administrator who is keen to pursue a career within the financial sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Administration background to begin and pursue a career within the financial and construction sector with the opportunity to expand your skill-set further.
About the role of Financial Administrator
You will be supporting the Commercial team and the wider business within this role as Financial Administrator. Overseeing expenses, vehicle records, contract sales and more. You will be joining a well-established team with longstanding team members willing to offer guidance and exposure to develop your career.
Responsibilities for Financial Administrator- Logging expenses on a weekly basis.
- Providing administration support to the Commercial financial team.
- Liasing customers and clients with regards to invoices, insurances etc.
- Regular data input
- Previous experience within the construction industry is preferable
- A team player attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using Redsky & FieldView is essential
- A former background in administration with an organised nature is key
