Procurement Marketing Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an interim Procurement Marketing Operations Manager, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

The role combines aspects of product management, project management and cross functional co-ordination. This position provides regular interaction with a number of internal and external senior leaders in Unilever and its Agencies. It also provides the opportunity to work on high-profile Agency IT & Remuneration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Functional Product Manager of the SWOP & Ad Appraisal Systems.
- Scale up SWOP & Ad Manager systems through managing the end to end rollouts of new agency portfolios
- Liaise with Functions to design and build new system features
- SWOP Technical lead- Brief, review and test new features.
- Plan and lead system integrations with other Marketing tools to bring simplification and automation of processes.
- Implementation of new agency models that drive improved creativity and efficiencies in brand communications.
- Manage Reporting & Analytics Power BI Dashboard
- Develop Training Material and lead training across top markets.
- Ongoing improvements of user experience across the application
- Leading communications to Marketing teams on annual agency processes, including development and maintenance of key guidelines.
- A key contact to external creative agencies, working closely with finance in resolving various financial issues including purchase to pay, late payments, process ways of working and contractual queries.
- Lead SWOP support team
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Agency Relations Director/VP
- Previous experience in product management and working with tech supplier
- Previous experience in agency/managing third party relationships would be an asset.
- Previous experience in operations, process development, & project management would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Strong Interest in technology and user experience
- Strong analytical & numerical skills, excellent excel skills is essential.
