Location: Immingham, North Lincolnshire

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with one-to-one and small group activities.
  • Help with lesson planning and preparation.
  • Deliver focused interventions to support student progress, including implementing personalised learning plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Monitor and record student progress, effectively communicating insights with staff.
  • Adjust to various school settings, building rapport with students and colleagues across different environments.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies to ensure a secure and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate are beneficial but not essential.
  • Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
