Salary: Negotiable, circa £40K (depending on skills and experience)Paid overtime available!
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM - must be flexible with these hours due to workload

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Yard Management: Open and close the yard, keep it organised, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Stock Control & Ordering: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and order essential supplies.
Team & Client Coordination: Support the training centre, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Logistics & Transport: Assist with transport coordination, manage deliveries, and communicate with the Transport Manager regarding HGVs.
Sales & Tenant Liaison: Sell materials on an ad-hoc basis and maintain strong relationships with warehouse tenants.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load/unload HGVs and ensure delivery notes are correctly processed.
Innovation & Growth: Opportunity to introduce a CRM system, improve stock management, and explore new revenue opportunities.

A skilled forklift operator with relevant certification - COUNTERBALANCE REQUIRED!
Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
