About the role:
We are advertsing for a quality adminstrator to support roll out and maintenance of document control system. The role involves managing and maintaining the document control system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Assistance in the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.Coordination of the distribution of documents to relevant departments and personnel.
Support audits by providing access to documentation and ensuring records are readily available.
Assistance with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting the team as needed
Previous experience in an administrative or document control role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and document management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
