Job Description- Develop and manage relationships with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and product expertise during all project phases.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across healthcare and custodial sectors.
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to design, specification, and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Conduct presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations to promote solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and client interactions.
- Some experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (construction experience helpful but not essential).
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Eagerness to learn technical products and how to present solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Base salary of £35,000, with an on-target earning (OTE) potential of £50,000.
