Job Title: Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
The Tutor will be responsible for providing individual or small group tutoring sessions to students. They will assess students' learning needs, develop tailored lesson plans, deliver engaging and informative lessons, and monitor students' progress.The Tutor will also provide feedback to students and parents/guardians, communicate effectively with school staff, and maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Education or related field
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of educational principles and practises
- Ability to assess student needs and tailor lessons accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The Tutor may need to travel to students' homes or schools for tutoring sessions. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate students' needs.
