JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation SolicitorPQE: 3+ years’ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
The appointed solicitor will join the firm's Commercial Litigation team, handling the full range of commercial and corporate disputes for organisations nationwide.- The successful candidate will independently handle their own workload as well as assisting senior colleagues on high profile and complex cases.
- The appointed candidate will have over 3 years of post-qualification experience with a proven track record in a wide range of commercial disputes including shareholder, finance and contract disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence matters.
You will have experience of high court litigation, be a team player with exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen, as well as a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives.
