Client Relationship Manager

Location: Farringdon, London EC1 (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week)

Salary: Competitive basic + OTE

The Opportunity

Flixmedia is scaling up. New verticals, new clients, new growth. We need a Client Relationship Manager who can lead from the front — blending strategy with hands-on client engagement to fuel revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

You’re a commercially-savvy, client-obsessed relationship builder with a strong sales instinct. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and you're as comfortable with C-level meetings as you are with deep-diving into data to drive return on investment.

You don’t just manage accounts — you grow them.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales: Identify opportunities, convert leads, and grow revenue.
  • Engage Clients: Showcase the impact of our solutions and prove ROI.
  • Own Relationships: Become a trusted advisor across multiple client stakeholders.
  • Expand Accounts: Cross-sell and upsell to drive service adoption.
  • Lead with Data: Use insights to inform decisions and client strategies.
  • Deliver Excellence: Run high-level meetings, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure flawless campaign execution.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience with enterprise clients, digital marketing, or ecommerce (Account Rev £1M annually)
  • A track record of smashing revenue targets in sales or account management
  • Confidence running senior stakeholder meetings and closing high-value deals
  • Strong commercial acumen — you know a solid ROI story when you see it
  • Experience handling multiple accounts and client demands
  • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Comfort using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
