Connect Appointments are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator for work with our established client in Broxburn on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Pay rate: £13.46 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday
Working within an established team, the successful candidate will ensure the ongoing efficiency of fulfilling both internal requirements and customer requests. As a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator, you will also be responsible for:
- Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Assisting with paperwork and documentation
- Providing customers with quotes
The successful Warehouse & Logistics Administrator will have:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing business
- International export experience
- Excellent communication
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Experience using Sage would be preferred, but is not essential
