Your new role
Raising contracts, dealing with invoice queries, purchase order administration and carry out driver & job compliance checks. Create and maintain spreadsheets, compile a variety of reports and be responsible for reporting key performance indicators.Allocate work and queries to the correct planners and depots. Manage the training calendar, arrange Teams calls, agendas and take minutes. All other general administration duties are required within the Logistics Team.
What you'll need to succeed
Achieve deadlines. Production of reports etc, to standard and schedule. Ongoing Management appraisal. Administration/information systems are optimised. Minimal admin. errors
