Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 English and Maths curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
