• Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
• Manage the company's quality training programme.
• Report on quality performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:

• Experience in a Quality Management role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
