Looking for an experienced Office Administrator who lives a reasonable drive / commute of Edinburgh Way, Harlow to work in an Office Admin team that undertake scheduling duties for Field Based Service Engineers.
There is no public transport to the office.
Applicants for this role must have previously worked in an office administration role and be confident using MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
Training on the internal scheduling and call allocation software will be given.
This role is initially 100% office based whilst training. Once trained you can do flexible working 2 days per week WFH.
Standard hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (30 min lunch) 40 hours per week.
Starting salary £26000.
This is a full time PAYE permanent job with 23 days holiday, pension etc.
