Who you’ll be working with:
The Talent Operations team are the people who make Liberty IT a place where people want to work. They support and care for our employees from their first day to their retirement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with various systems to review and process data ensuring integrity and accuracy promptly. Maintain employee records and ensure all systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant with internal procedures and legislation.
- Be front-line contact for employee and external Talent-related queries
- Own the new joiner process, including complete Right to Work checks and adding their details to required systems.
- Co-ordinate the process for people leaving the organisation, including setting up exit interviews and updating relevant systems.
- Provide monthly updates to finance on payroll affecting metrics (absence, new starts, change of working hours, etc.)
- Working with the wider Talent team, co-ordinate the delivery of Talent KPI information, analysing these to actively influence and support managers to identify key areas for improvement.
- Prepare, monitor, and provide reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis, including absence and leave records
- Working with the Talent Operations Manager, ensure the timely and accurate completion of the Annual Fair Employment Return
- Provide administration support across various team processes and contribute to Talent Operations team project work
- Identify process and systems improvement opportunities and work with the wider Talent Operations team to implement these.
- Prioritize your workload between employee queries, systems updates, and project work.
Experience and skills we need:
- Experience in working with large, enterprise systems for administration and reporting purposes, such as Oracle and ServiceNow.
- Experience in an HR Administration role with a medium to large organisation.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in an administration-focused role.
- Experience in working with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to Data Protection best practices and handling confidential data.

Below is an overview of the skills and experience we’d like you to have. However, don’t rule yourself out if you aren’t ticking all the boxes – a great attitude and desire to learn is what really stands out for us.- A third level qualification in a Human Resources or Business related subject.
- Experience in working with Oracle and/or PAMS
- Exposure to working with remote teams and with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack
