Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum* (depending on experience)

This on-site role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a difference in others' lives and businesses, and who is open to learning new skills in areas such as web design, graphic design, or business strategy development.
This role would suit a recent graduate with hands-on experience of business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
- Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in person every day
Bonus Points For Applicants Who:
- Have fundraising experience or are eager to learn
- Have admin/clerking experience
- Know BSL or are willing to learn
- Have web development skills
- Thrive in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running
- Have a great sense of humour
