• Helping patients move around safely

• Communication: Being able to communicate well with people from all backgrounds and with different medical conditions
• Empathy: Being able to relate to patients and understand their needs
• Stress management: Being able to manage stress in clinical settings
• Attention to detail: Being aware of the many details involved in patient care
• Interpersonal skills: Being able to communicate with colleagues and explain test results to patients
• Time management: Being able to manage patients' care within busy clinical schedules
• Computer literacy: Being able to use basic computer skills to maintain medical databases and record-keeping systems
• Dexterity: Being able to operate medical tools

• Having some experience of healthcare or care work
