Our client is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and consumer activations for the UK & Ireland.

In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to increase brand awareness and support commercial objectives through impactful marketing campaigns, events, and trade activations.

You will oversee all aspects of brand management: communication, product launches, and reporting, ensuring alignment with the global strategy of the maison and timely, on-budget delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create customer strategies and sales tools for key accounts and channels.
  • Oversee trade marketing activities, including retailer activation plans and brand visibility.
  • Lead PR and communication strategies, working with agencies and internal teams.
  • Build and manage commercial plans, including supporting sales meetings with buyers.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, including depletions and competitor analysis.
  • Manage distribution strategy, volume forecasts, and pricing for new products.
  • Develop and execute the annual brand plan in line with global strategy and sales targets.
  • Manage and communicate brand strategy internally across teams.
  • Formulate and implement bespoke marketing plans for UK & Ireland, including product launches and consumer events.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure all programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
About you
  • Minimum 5 years’ customer marketing or sales experience
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Wine enthusiast
  • Good IT knowledge including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables/Look ups).
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Experience in Alcoholic branded products desirable
  • Experience with Grocery and Large on-trade desirable
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
