This registered provider offers supported housing accommodation to vulnerable client groups within the Wolverhampton area. This scheme houses tenants with dual diagnosis who receive tailored support through compassion, respectfulness and the promotion of empowerment.They are recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment Officer (TSO) to provide excellent customer service to the customers, ensuring they are able to sustain their tenancy agreement and also the managing of the estate.
Your new role
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you'll use your knowledge and skills to provide a comprehensive and effective tenancy and asset management function for customers in our supported housing properties. You will assist customers to maintain their tenancy / licence agreement, ensuring they understand their rights, responsibilities and obligations.
This opportunity seeks an ASAP start and the organisation will consider people who are immediately available to start a temporary role or those on a notice period will be considered for a straight permanent position.
What you'll need to succeed
The post holder will have prior experience managing a caseload across properties where you are responsible for managing the lettings process, including promoting void units, providing assistance to customers to enable them to maintain their tenancies and acting accordingly against those who breach any tenancy/licence agreements.
Holding a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also essential.
