Job Description
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by organising interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies.
  • Contribute to the organisation of company events and staff training sessions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HR Administrator' should have:

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
