About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic pro-active individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join the School Office Services team to provide an exceptional, customer focused administrative service that supports the school’s objectives. This role is essential in delivering a professional and welcoming service at Bedford Girls’ School, while also ensuring efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet parents, visitors, members of staff in a warm, welcoming and professional manner to reinforce the ethos of Bedford Girls’ School.
  • Produce, maintain, update, and collate pupil and school data and records, as directed by the Office Services Manager. Produce and send out essential communications to the student/staff body.
  • Undertake administrative duties as and when required and directed by the Office Services Manager. These will include managing Lost Property, data entry, desktop publishing and word processing, managing school mail, photocopying, binding, management of student data, completing forms responding to routine correspondence for the school.
