Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an initiative-taking individual to undertake the role of Ward Clerk on F6 (Elderly Care) at St Luke's Hospital.
This is a challenging and exciting role but extremely rewarding.

- Excellent communication and people skills in challenging circumstances.
- Ability to effectively time manage your workload.
- Ability to keep calm and work under pressure in a demanding area using teamwork.
- Be computer literate and familiar with the EPR system.
- Good verbal communication skills.

Experience
Essential criteria- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a secretarial / administrative role
- Experience of working in health service
- Knowledge / experience of PAS
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Skills
Essential criteria- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Literate and numerate
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Proven organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Good telephone manner
Qualifications
Essential criteria- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Good general education
- RSA II typing/Word processing or equivalent
