In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, while making a real difference to the lives of our client's residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Free DBS check and fully paid NMC renewal fees.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities to support your career growth.
  • Company pension scheme and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and other care staff.
  • Develop, review, and oversee the implementation of personalised care plans, ensuring they reflect each resident's unique needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical care, ensuring continuous improvements in resident outcomes and service delivery.
  • Play a key role in medication management, ensuring all treatments are administered safely and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic, resident-centred care, and advocate for the best clinical practices.
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and supervision for nursing and care staff, ensuring professional growth and compliance with best practices.
  • Lead on quality assurance initiatives to drive improvements, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure outstanding CQC performance.

If you are an inspiring nurse with a commitment to excellence in elderly care, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career. Apply now to become part of a dedicated team that values compassion, teamwork, and the highest standards of care.
