An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and friendly law firm in Gravesend. This role offers part time flexibility, a supportive work environment, and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial support alongside the Legal Secretary team
  • Typing and document preparation
  • Managing post and general administration
  • Opening and closing files
  • Archiving and liaising with storage providers

Requirements:

  • Experience in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one area required)
  • Strong secretarial skills in at least one or two areas of law
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with office and remote work – initial three months in-office, followed by hybrid working
