Property Solicitor – An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced property solicitor eager to take the next step in their career. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded multi-office firm in Kent with over a century of delivering expert legal advice, is seeking an additional Solicitor to join their busy property team.
The Role
This position involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and stamp duty processes. While the primary focus is residential property, experience or an interest in commercial property work is highly desirable.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of solid experience in property law and a proven ability to handle a full caseload from instruction through to completion. Strong client communication skills and a proactive approach to business development within the local community are essential.
