About the role

From our roots in the music & Student nightlife sector of the UK, FIXR has developed its events technology platform to provide ticketing and event intelligence into a diverse cross section of verticals ranging anywhere from festivals, spectator sports, comedy to country shows, attractions and seasonal events.
Reporting into the Global Head of Account Management, The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for the success of FIXR’s tier 1 and tier 2 organisers ensuring the protection and growth of our top accounts. They will develop strong relationships built on market intelligence and insights providing true business partnership to organisers.

By understanding client strategies for growth/sustainability the Commercial Account Manager will recommend approaches based on experience and platform optimisation.

This senior role will be a pivotal role in the transition of FIXR account management from operationally led to Commercially focused organisation. They will act as a lighthouse for best practice in using data and processes to drive renewals and upsell.
They will also be a key influencer in the product roadmap, identifying trends and requirements that will enable Organisers to continue to innovate their events,
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of FIXR Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, accountable for renewal and upsell targets
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with Snr personnel within Organiser base to understand their business requirements and educate/sell them on how FIXR can support their success..
  • Own the smooth transition from Sales to Account management and ensure successful onboarding and go live.
  • Create business review cadence that ensures Organisers feel supported and valued
  • Be the first level contact for client queries to ensure operational requirements are fully supported.
  • Collaborate on pitches and meetings with potential new large clients.
  • Consistent reporting on account performance and forecasting
  • Attend Organiser events where appropriate to demonstrate FIXR commitment and to understand any first hand challenges.
Requirements
  • 5 years + of account management/customer success experience with commercially focused targets.
  • Proven ability to execute strong process oriented approach to drive predictable success within a highly relationship-oriented industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, who thrives off analysing data to identify areas to improve customer performance and implement relevant strategies to deliver that success.
  • Team player who will act as a thought leader and ‘go to’ person for junior team members.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of working at different levels within Organisers’s team as well as internally harnessing relevant functions to deliver success for the portfolio of accounts under management.
  • Highly organised and analytical using data to create insight and recommendations for organisers to drive success.
  • Passionate about events and working in a dynamic fast paced environment where no day is the same.
  • Some international travel maybe be required
  • You must have an existing right to work in the UK.
