Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The focus of this role is to operate as the key Brand Identity Account Manager with also the opportunity to be part of some other Global campaign work. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their brand needs, and guiding them through the process of developing a strong and cohesive brand identity.

You will collaborate closely with our design team as well as the client design team to ensure that client expectations are met and that deliverables align with the client's brand strategy.

This role looks to be specifically cover our four Key JLR Brands (Jaguar, Defender, Range Rover & Discovery) as well as supporting the JLR Corporate brand.

Responsibilities:

Client Management
  • Ac as the ‘go-to-person’ within the Global Team – working on the future Brand identity and other Advertising campaigns acting as an advisor on all areas of the workflow that relate to the projects you are responsible for
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, and support to the Global Marketing Managers.
  • Ensure the client understand agreed workflows and manage them through the delivery process – showing flexibility where tenable and providing practical advice to achieve a solution
  • Be able to work effectively and efficiently with both clients and other JLR agencies such as Hearts & Science, Imagination, JLR Legal, Finance.
  • Confident presenter, able to deliver ideas persuasively – and result in the progression of excellent and effective national and social advertising
Creative Development
  • Act as a Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all JLR brand developments and be able to advise on industry trends and developments both inside Accenture Song and whilst working with client/other agencies
  • Clearly communicate and support the Creative Team with the Client’s brief, ensuring the Client’s voice is not lost, but the creative boundaries are still pushed
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of the creative process – managing expectations and time pressures, including managing creative resourcing
  • Establish an excellent “eye” for creative output, recognizing strong creative work and when work could be improved
  • Be able to express personal opinions on creative work which are strategically sound & carefully thought through and be prepared to debate & defend these both internally and with Clients in way that is constructive not confrontational
Operational
  • Working closely and collaboratively with production/project management to ensure work is progressed through the delivery process and completed: on time, on brief and on budget.
  • Look to manage key timelines and be able to manage the different creative stages through from end to end.
  • Looking to have any experience in font management
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Strategy team for the creation of Creative briefs
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and extremely high standards to act as an example to the rest of the Global team.
  • Deliver work to an exceptional standard, ensuring that everything that has been briefed has been actioned, before client presentation.
  • Attend client-facing meetings (when required), providing a supporting role to the Senior Account Director & Account Director when they are presenting to the client.
  • Be responsible for creating and ensuring the client-facing Contact Reports are produced from ALL client meetings – using the Contact Report Agency templates.
  • Be responsible for writing all necessary Creative Development briefs AFTER the client meetings.
Commercial Acumen
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of the account – escalating when necessary to avoid commercial risk
  • Managing JLR budgets with clients and the Accenture Finance team
