Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving process improvements? Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of various funds and clients while enhancing accounting practises in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting accounting services for assigned clients and funds, focusing on service improvement initiatives.
- Drive efficiencies by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and implementing best practises.
- Conduct cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform reconciliation of account expenses, ensuring they are allocated appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare first draught reports for clients, providing insights on fund performance and addressing their inquiries regarding accounting processes.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex transactions and seek guidance as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives through active participation and collaboration with colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work under supervision while also taking initiative in driving improvements and efficiencies.
- Experience in fund/client accounting or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
