University Hospitals Bristol and Weston aims to deliver the best possible patient and carer centred End of Life Care. We aspire to be a centre of excellence in the development, delivery of high quality, compassionate and individualised care at the end of life.

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Practice Educator Facilitators [PEFs] with a special interest in End-of-Life Care [EoLC] who will design, implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff in line with National Frameworks and Standards, Trust Strategy and local requirements.

The PEFs will work across UHBW adult services to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of those caring for patients with life limiting conditions and those closest to them.
