• Oversee all financial operations of the company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
• Manage the Accounting & Finance department, leading the team towards achieving company goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
• Proven experience in a managerial position within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Outstanding mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• A competitive salary in the range of £65,000- £75,000 per annum.
