Join Paragon Social Care: Make a Difference in the Lives of Vulnerable Young People

At Paragon Social Care, we are dedicated to supporting children and young people in care who are facing challenging situations. We provide crucial 24/7 support during transitional periods between long-term placements, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in need until a more permanent solution is found.

With our services spanning across the UK, we are looking for adaptable and flexible Support Workers who can work in various locations for short-term assignments. This is a great opportunity for individuals with the flexibility to work without major commitments at home.

Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the field, we welcome you to apply. If you don't have prior experience, we offer full training during onboarding. The qualities we value most are empathy, patience, an engaging personality, professionalism, dedication, and the ability to adapt.

As a Support Worker at Paragon Social Care, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of young people in care
  • Supporting with personal care needs
  • Organizing and participating in activities and outings
  • Attending appointments and assisting with daily routines
  • Cooking and maintaining a clean and organized home environment
  • Contributing to staff meetings and working collaboratively with the team

We offer competitive weekly pay rates, recognizing the crucial role you play in the care of vulnerable young people.

At Paragon Social Care, safeguarding is our top priority. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment guided by Trauma-Informed and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks, where each young person can thrive.

If you're flexible, have a clear DBS check, hold full Right to Work status in the UK, and bring a warm, professional approach to your work, we'd love to hear from you!

Important Note: Only candidates with a valid UK driving licence will be considered for this role.

Job Type: 0-Hour Contract

We look forward to hearing from you!
