You will provide crucial support to the commercial property team, assisting in the management of a broad range of transactions and ensuring seamless client service.

The Role:

• Assisting fee earners with commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and refinancing matters
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence and reports
• Conducting property searches and preparing reports on title
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties
• Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
• Handling general administrative duties such as diary management, document filing and scheduling meetings

You:

• Previous experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role within commercial property law is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• A team player with the ability to work independently when required
