• Oversee the execution and administration of contracts.
• Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Implement effective procurement strategies for the energy and natural resources sector.
• Ensure supply chain activities are in line with company policies and standards.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide commercial advice and guidance to team members.
• Report on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial & Contracts Manager should have:

• A degree in business, law, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in managing procurement and supply chain activities.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial management.
• Proven ability in managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• A competitive salary within the range of £63,000 - £77,000 per annum.
