Finance Assistant - Birkenhead
are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Halyard Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Maintain and organise accounts receivable records.
Process invoices, statements, and daily revenue reconciliations.
Departmental Standards:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support payment tracking, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
Essential Requirements
Positive, "can-do" attitude.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desirable Requirements
Previous accounting experience (training provided).
Where Will You Be Working?
As a dual property you will be working with The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool, which is a new hotel opened under the IHG Vignette Brand, the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brand in the UK. As well as The Holiday Inn Express Central, another new build property under the IHG Brand.Both managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
