Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a passion for, and experience in, healthcare and Life Sciences to join our London-based global team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play an integral role in leading, building and winning client relationships.
Reports to: The Senior Account Director
What You Will Do:
- Serve as an internal advocate for the brands you work on, building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicate these needs to the internal team, the primary day-to-day contact for multiple clients, earning their trust and respect, and becoming recognised as a valued contributor to their account
- Identify and triage business opportunities and significant changes in the client’s business structure or needs
- Demonstrate credibility through a thorough understanding of your client's therapy area, products, competitive landscape, and target audiences
- Understand and contribute to the strategic and creative vision for the brands you work on
- Manage client and agency expectations regarding project timelines, costs, and processes, educating clients on agency procedures
- Exercise caution and consider the implications of client requests before committing to actions, ensuring thoughtful decision-making
- Be proficient in the regulatory review process and client platforms, ensuring projects are developed and delivered in compliance with client processes
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all projects
