This family are looking for a Nanny for their little girl who will be 9 months old at the start of the role. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm – 40 hours per week. They are open to offering the flexibility if the nanny needed to swap an occasional Friday for another day off (with notice and prior agreed).Or they may require on a rare occasion a slightly later finish i.e. if the train was
cancelled/delayed. Both Mum and dad work from home but also spend a few days a week in London; the nanny will be in sole charge. This is a live out position however, they may consider a live in for the right person.
Duties will include sterilising, nappy care, attending local classes/groups and all usual nursery duties such as baby’s laundry, keeping baby’s areas tidy etc. They are looking for someone who is confident cooking healthy, wholesome meals and also enjoys baking, once the little one is old enough.
They would love a self-motivated, interactive and engaging Nanny who likes being outside and will take the baby out and about, to explore and enjoy the fresh air every day. As well as planning age-appropriate activities to encourage their daughters developmental milestones, creating fun crafts and things to do both in and out of the home.
The right candidate will need to have excellent baby experience and knowledge of current guidelines of weaning, sterilising etc. The family would like a Nanny who is reliable, organised and enjoys structure. Someone positive, calm and caring to ensure the little girl feels safe and happy.
The role starts at the beginning of February although they would like the nanny to come mid/end January to meet their daughter and settle in. Pay: Up to £18 gross per hour equates to approx. £37,440 gross per annum
