You’ll collaborate with a talented team, contributing to financial reporting and ensuring that processes align with internal controls and company policies.Key Responsibilities:

• Email Management: Oversee and manage team email inboxes efficiently.
• Payroll Support: Prepare and process payroll payovers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Month-End Processes: Prepare and post journals to ensure the timely closure of financial periods.
• Reconciliation Excellence: Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit & Reporting: Support audits and contribute to the preparation of financial statements for UK & Ireland operations.
• Team Collaboration: Take on additional tasks, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills:
• Actively studying for a recognised finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical mindset with excellent numeric skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.Desirable Skills:
• Prior experience in a finance role.
• Hands-on experience with account reconciliations.
