Sales Consultants (Waste Management)

We are looking for experienced Sales Consultants to work within our waste sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Calling our existing customer base to cross sell as well as working on acquiring new customers you’ll be part of a fast-growing team to achieve collective goals

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and associated KPI’s
• Strong work ethic to speak with lots of business owners every day
• Objection handling and the ability to influence
• Work with customers to identify their waste needs and provide customised solutions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to exceed their expectations
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new products
• Manage and update customer information in the company's CRM system

• Strong and proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised
• Computer literate
• Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as working in a team
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail

• Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: £25,000 plus bonus
