I'm currently looking to fill the position of a talented Breakfast Chef at The Kings Arms Hotel in Melrose, United Kingdom. As a part-time Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes to our guests, ensuring they start their day off right.
Located on High St in picturesque Melrose, The Kings Arms Hotel is a historic establishment known for its warm hospitality and top-notch dining experiences. We take pride in offering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.
As a Breakfast Chef, your main duties will include preparing breakfast items such as eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, haggis, and more. You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and tasty dishes in a timely manner.You will also be partially responsible for prepping menu items. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is clean and organised, and that all food safety guidelines are followed.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a chef, particularly in a breakfast or brunch setting. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Creativity and a love for food are a must, as we're always looking for new and innovative ways to delight our guests.
